1:15-2:45pm Sunday, February 21st and March 21st - Swimming MB
Ms. Pacheco will cover the aquatic portion of the Swimming Merit Badge and/or the Swimming test. To clarify that is requirements 2-7 of the swimming merit badge. The oral/ worksheet portion can be done that day outside of the facility or we can arrange a meeting at a later time. One hour is likely not sufficient so there are two dates: February 21st and March 21st. Everyone needs to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier at 13:15. Priority to scouts who need either the Merit Badge or the test. The price for each scout is $8.25 per day to cover the cost of entry and reserving the lanes!

Scouting from Home
Here is a guide from Black Feather District on Scouting from Home.
For newer Scouts: this is the perfect time to work on being able to repeat the Scout Oath, Law, Motto, and Slogan by memory. Check out the requirements of the Scout Rank in the attached BSA Requirements file. Parents must complete requirement #6 with their Scout. See this link for more information:
Youth Protection, How to Protect Your Children From Child Abuse: A Parent's Guide
This is also the perfect time for new Scouts to start working on requirement 6 in Tenderfoot, which is a fitness requirement requiring tracking activities for 30 days. Or to complete their Cyber Chip for their grade.
