Troop 114 Sighting A gaggle of the rare and elusive Jamboree scout, identified by their bright blue plumage, was spotted today at their feeding grounds. The careful and cautious observer can sight them on the ferry to Liberty Island, walking the halls of the Capitol, or in the flight simulators of the Smithsonian American Heritage Museum. These colorful and often loud scouts will soon resume their migration route to their sanctuary in West Virginia.
